One of the main reasons why the ministry is neglagent in appointing ministry leaders with questionable backgrounds and charcter into a position of authority. Our minitry leaders are to be the most righteous and upright individuals in the eyes of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Not the least progressive member of a ministry or individual with a terrible sense of moral values or long list of criminal behavior.

My comment:
It is often times a blessing to be reminded of our past so we remember where we came from and why we must progress towards a brighter furture with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Lessons learned bring wisedom to our lives as we grow to be more like Christ.
